The Polybotrya is known to be an evergreen Peperomia, with succulent-characteristics. Native to South America (parts of Colombia and Peru), the Raindrops are not to be confused with the Chinese Money Plant or Pilea Peperomioides. Their difference lies in the shape of the leaves - Raindrop vs Coin-shaped.
