Begonia Kingana; This species is native to the limestone cliffs of Peninsula Malaysia and was named after Sir George King who was the head of Calcutta Royal Botanical Gardens in the 1800s. It is also known as the tortoise shell begonia with its striking thick leaves and smooth leaf stalks. In addition, its leaf is diverse in pattern, size, and shape. Ranging from entirely purple and black and green with a bronze or purple pattern.
Each plant will be labelled individually. Photos will be taken of every individual plant, and uploaded.
When you place an order, you will be ordering the exact same plant that is shown in the photos.

All the plants are picked fresh out from our local greenhouse at Punggol. So you may find some soil/water marks on them. These can be easily removed with a plant shower/wet wipes.
