Order & Delivery

When will my order be delivered?


You should receive your orders between 3 to 5 days.




Do you ship to other countries, apart from Singapore?


Currently, we only ship within Singapore.




What is your delivery schedule like?


Your order will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 days. We have to hit the minimum delivery quantity for your area, before our delivery partner will accept the delivery jobs. All plants are packed fresh, on the day itself of the delivery.




How much is your delivery charge?


- For orders less than $150, $10 delivery fee will apply. - For orders above $150, delivery will be free.




Can I opt for self collection at your greenhouse?


Yes. This is possible. To do so, please choose Self-Collection option at check out page. All plants have to be collected within 7 days from the date of order. Orders not collected after 7 days will be void, and no refund will be given. Self-collection can only be done during Greenhouse opening hours only. Our latest opening hours will be listed on Google maps.
If you have any difficulty picking up the plants during our opening hours, please contact us at 888 215 22 with your Order Reference Number #.





Exchange & Return

I like to change my order after it has been placed. ( e.g. I have keyed in the wrong delivery address, wrong plant ordered etc)


Please contact us quickly via Whatsapp +65 88821522, with the following information: 1. Order Reference Number 2. Your changes If your order has already been picked up by the delivery partner, we will not be able to amendyour order for you.




House of Plants has sent me the wrong plant, what should I do?


We are very sorry for mixing up your order. Please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery with the following information: 1. Order Reference Number 2. Photo of the wrong plant. We will get in touch with you, to arrange for pick-up and re-sending.
Meanwhile, please help us to take care of the confused / wrongly delivered plant. Thank you.




My plant is damaged or missing. What should I do?


We are very sorry for mixing up your order. Please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery with the following information: 1. Order Reference Number 2. Photo of the wrong plant. We will get in touch with you, to arrange for pick-up and replacement.
Meanwhile, please help us to take care of the confused / wrongly delivered plant. Thank you.




One of my leaves is torn. Can I get a refund or exchange?


All plants may have some cosmetics imperfections like tears, yellow leaves. These are part and parcel of Nature. No exchange or refund will be offered for cosmetics imperfections.

Online Webshop: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
Physical Greenhouse: We accept PayNow, PayLah and Cash.

Visiting Greenhouse

Can I visit your Greenhouse to buy the plants?


Yes. You are welcome to drop by our Greenhouse to view the plants, before purchasing. No prior appointment needed. Prevailing COVID-19 measures will apply. For the latest opening timings, please check our Instagram / Facebook / Google Maps profile.





Plants & Pots

Will i get the exact plant in the photo?


Unfortunately no. We used to do that in the past. Which means, taking photographs of every single pot and putting all their photos online. Deleting the photos from online, once the plant is sold. Due to massive amount of work, we can no longer do that right now. We are still a hobby-plus greenhouse. With limited time, we had decided to focus on plant care and growth, and getting interesting varieties into our greenhouse, and less so on photographing pants for the webshop. Thank you for your understanding! There will be slight variation among plants of the same species, as no two plants are identical. We will do our best to ensure that you receive a plant that resembles to the one listed on our webshop.




What pots are the plants potted in?


The plants are potted in simple basic plastic pots, equipped with drainage holes.
Nothing fancy.
They may come in different colours e.g. black, brown, maroon, green.




Why are there some soil / dirt / water marks on my plant? What can I do about them?


All the plants are picked fresh out from our local greenhouse at Punggol. So you may find some soil/water marks on them. These can be easily removed with a plant shower/wet wipes.




Why aren't your full assortment of plants availabe on your webshop?


Our apologies that we are unable to upload all our plants onto the webshop.
- This is still our hobby-plus project that gone wild. Juggling between full-time work, and caring for plants, and then managing webshop is such a balancing work. So we will not be able to upload every single plant online in time.
- We try to keep our plants prices affordable and accessible to all. This can only be achieved by keeping our operational fixed cost low. Lean and no-frills. - We seriously have too many plants in the greenhouse, of different sizes and shapes. So unless, we are certain that a plant can be pretty uniform among all the pots (least variation among the species), then we will upload them online. This ensures that you get a pot that looks very similar to one in the photos on the webshop. Thanks for your understanding!
